Centrum Capital Ltd. said its board had approved issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of five equity shares of Re.1 each for every one equity shares held by members.
The board also considered the sub-division of equity shares of the company in the ratio of 10:1., i.e, ten equity shares of Re.1.00 each for one equity share of Rs.10 each.
The board further approved increasing the Authorized Share Capital of the company.
The Board has also decided to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company on June 13, 2013 to approve the above matters.
At the BSE, Centrum Capital shares are currently trading at Rs.1,000, unchanged from the previous close.
