Wirecard AG (WRCDF.PK) reported that its first-quarter EBITDA increased by 13 percent to 26.3 million euros from 23.3 million euros last year. Consolidated revenues were up 21 percent to 101.1 million euros from 83.6 million euros last year.
The Group said the transaction volume processed using the Wirecard platform was up by nearly 30 percent year-over-year.
The Management Board confirmed its forecast of EBITDA of between 120 million euros and 130 million euros for fiscal 2013, taking the investments in Mobile Payments into account.
