Coca-Cola HBC Q1 Loss Narrows - Quick Facts

Coca-Cola HBC AG (CCH) reported that its first-quarter loss before tax narrowed to 31.0 million euros from 34.1 million euros last year. Loss to owners of the parent was 24.4 million euros or 0.07 euros per share, compared to a loss of 28.9 million euros or 0.08 euros per share prior year.

Comparable net loss narrowed to 15.9 million euros or 0.04 euros per basic share from 19.1 million euros or 0.05 euros per basic share last year.

Net sales revenue was 1.43 billion euros, flat with last year. On a currency neutral basis, net sales revenue per unit case increased by 1% from prior year.

Coca-Cola HBC AG board has decided to propose to its shareholders the distribution of a 0.34 euros dividend per share. The Board currently anticipates that the dividend will be paid on 23 July 2013 to holders of Coca-Cola HBC shares on the record date 28 June 2013.
