Kristen Wiig is joining the cast of "The Simpsons," as the former "Saturday Night Live" star is set to lend her voice to an episode that will air on Fox in the fall, EW is reporting.
Wiig will appear in an episode entitled 'Homerland,' in which Homer starts to act strangely polite after returning from a nuclear power plant convention, prompting a suspicious Lisa to ask an intense FBI agent (Wiig) to help her solve this mystery.
It will mark Wiig's second episode in Springfield. Back in Season 22, she played a substitute music teacher at Springfield Elementary who draws the interest of Principal Skinner.
Aaron Sorkin and Stan Lee are among the celebrities set to appear in the upcoming 25th season on "The Simpsons."
