Duff McKagan's life story, It's So Easy and Other Lies, an autobiographical documentary based on the former Guns N' Roses rocker, is being released by Vision Films. A trailer for the new doc has made its way online.
It's So Easy and Other Lies chronicles McKagan's time as the bassist in GNR, and his subsequent, very public split with the band.
It was written and directed by Christopher Duddy, who also produced the doc along with McKagan and Steven G. Kaplan.
Since leaving Guns back in 1997, McKagan has been involved in many projects, most notably Velvet Revolver along with fellow ex-GNR members Slash and Matt Sorum, as well as his own band Loaded.
