Duke Realty Corp. (DRE) said Thursday that Christie Kelly resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective on May 17, to accept a similar position at Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (JLL).
Effective upon Ms. Kelly's resignation, Mark Denien, Duke Realty's Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will be appointed to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Mark joined Duke Realty in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Administration and was promoted a year later to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Duke Realty, he was a partner with KMPG in Indianapolis, where he worked for 16 years and was involved with Duke Realty for many of those years. At Jones Lang LaSalle, Kelly will replace Lauralee Martin, who has maintained the CFO role since becoming Chief Executive Officer for the Americas business in January. Kelly's appointment at Jones Lang LaSalle is effective July 1.
