The European currency has come off from its early highs against its major rivals in European deals on Friday.
The euro is now trading at 1.2862 against the greenback, 0.8436 against the pound, 131.68 against the yen and 1.2426 versus the franc, reversing from early highs of 1.2888, 0.8453, 132.07 and 1.2451, respectively.
