The Reuters/University of Michigan's preliminary report on U.S. consumer consumer confidence for May has released at 9:55 am ET Friday. Following the data, the greenback climbed further against other major currencies.
The greenback is now trading at 102.86 against the yen, 1.2800 against the euro, 1.5162 against the pound and 0.9754 against the franc.
