Police in Hanover Township, Pa., arrested a man who allegedly stabbed his girlfriend and threatened workers at a Kraft Foods plant in Mondelez, WNEP is reporting.

Fred Koptcho, 48, of Dallas, went to the plant Thursday and allegedly stabbed his girlfriend multiple times and then threatened her coworkers.

A company spokesperson said both Koptcho and his girlfriend both worked for the company.

Koptcho then fled the scene and led police on a manhunt that put schools in the area on lock down and closed the Hanover Township Municipal Building.

"Stabbed multiple times and then to return to the business, that he was going to return and do harm to additional people and then further, to go on to say they would be willing to do harm to law enforcement that would take him into custody," Chief Al Walker of the Hanover Township Police, said.

"Obviously we take that very seriously."

Police identified the victim as Diana Ivy, the Citizensvoice.com is reporting.

Authorities were able to track him down by tracing his cell phone and using GPS to find him.
