Authorities in Seattle are searching for a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery that left a man being shot in the hand.
The Seattle Times reports that the victim, a 30-year-old man, was walking on the sidewalk of a street with a friend of his when they were approached by three men asked if they had change for a $100 bill.
The men walked to a nearby stairwell to exchange money, when the suspect pulled out a gun and demanded all of the victim's money. The victim then grabbed the suspect, resulting in his gun firing, and then hitting his right hand. The suspect grabbed the victim's backpack and then ran off, while the victim and his friend south help.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
