Chicago saw a rash of shootings from Friday night to Saturday morning. In total, 11 people were shot and three were killed—one of them a teenager.
The teen, 17-year-old Clifton Barney, was found on Friday night with a gunshot wound to the chest in Chicago's South Side, reports the Daily Herald.
The two other men were killed in separate shootings on the city's West Side. Both were shot in the head. One of the men was shot in an argument, while the other was walking down the street when someone ran up to him and shot him in the head.
Another young victim, a 16-year-old boy, was walking with friends in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side, when a gunman approached the group and began firing. He was wounded in the leg and is now in "stable" condition, reports the Chicago Sun Times.
