The Reserve Bank of Australia will release the minutes of its May 7 meeting in the early Asian session on Tuesday at 9:30 pm ET. Ahead of the release, the aussie showed mixed trading against other major currencies. While the aussie recovered against the yen, it declined against the rest of major currencies.
As of 9:25 pm ET, the aussie traded at 0.9768 against the greenback, 100.34 against the yen, 1.1983 against the NZ dollar and 1.3175 against the euro.
