Tech Mahindra Ltd. reported fourth-quarter stand-alone net profit of Rs.135.80 crore, up from the Rs.80.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Total income rose to Rs.1,472.17 crore from the Rs.1,346.76 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year.
On a consolidated basis, its net profit, after minority interest and share of associates, for the fourth-quarter increased to Rs.377.24 crore from the Rs.302.50 crore in Q4FY12. Total income grew to Rs.1,883.70 crore from the Rs.1,397.91 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Its board recommended a dividend of 50 percent or Rs.5.00 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the fiscal year 2013.
At the BSE, Tech Mahindra closed Tuesday's trading at Rs.909.75, down 1.33 percent from the previous close.
