Cinemark USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (CNK) Tuesday announced a private offering of $530 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2023.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale, together with cash on hand, to finance a redemption of the 8.625 percent senior notes due 2019.
