Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) Tuesday named James Vargo as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer of its Commercial Banking team in Chicago.
Vargo most recently served as CFO and treasurer for HomeDirectUSA in Hillside. He has also served as CFO of The Bekins Co. and Impact Capital Group in Chicago. He has also held various management positions at The CIT Group in Chicago.
