After-market Movers For May 21 (NTAP, SKS, DY, ADI)

Shares of NetApp Inc. (NTAP) rose more than 3% in after hours trading after the data-storage products maker reported forecast-beating fourth quarter profit and and announced a $1.6 billion increase to its current stock buyback program. The company also said it has initiated a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share.

Saks Inc. (SKS) shares rallied more than 18% in extended hours trading after the New York Post reported that the luxury department store chain has hired Goldman Sachs to explore strategic alternatives, including a possible sale of the company, citing a source briefed on the situation.

Shares of Dycom Industries Inc. (DY) surged more than 12% in late trading after the engineering and construction firm reported better-than-expected third quarter results and forecast fourth quarter revenue and earnings above analysts' current consensus estimates.

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) shares fell more than 1% in after hours trading after the chipmaker forecast third quarter revenue and earnings below analysts' current consensus estimates.
