US Airways Group, Inc. (LCC) said Tuesday that it has priced $500 million of its 6.125% Senior Notes due 2018, which represents an increase of $100 million from the previously announced size of the offering.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the senior notes offering for general corporate purposes.
Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
