Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (CNK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cinemark USA, Inc. priced private offering of $530 million of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023. The company expects to close the offering on May 24, 2013.
The 2023 Notes will be guaranteed by certain of subsidiaries that guarantee or become liable with respect to any of the Company's and the guarantors' other debt.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the 2023 Notes, together with cash on hand, to finance a redemption of its 8.625% Senior Notes due 2019.
