The European currency that strengthened against the New Zealand dollar on Wednesday's early deals erased some of its gains in early New York trading.
The euro slipped back to below the 1.59 mark against the kiwi around 9:20 am ET, down almost 0.3 percent from early European session's fresh 3-month high of 1.5940.
