priceline.com Inc. (PCLN) announced after the bell Tuesday that it completed the acquisition of Kayak Software Corp. (KYAK). In November 2012, priceline.com agreed to buy Kayak in a $1.8 billion cash and stock deal.
priceline.com gapped open lower Wednesday and is now down 15.96 at $810.00. The stock pulled back from the highs of the year on Tuesday.
