Orange County Chopper boss and former "Monster Garage" host Jesse James reportedly cut off his pinky finger in a recent shop accident. James broke news of the incident via Instagram, posting a picture of the chopped off finger tip.
"Doesn't look like this little dude's gonna make it, Nice know'n you little buddy. #jessejames #westcoastchoppers," he wrote in the post.
He placed a call into TMZ from the Texas hospital where he was awaiting surgery to possiblly re-attach the finger tip:
"My wife (Alexis DeJoria) and I were on the floor looking around for the finger so we could put it on ice and haul . . . to the hospital," he said. "They're going to take a skin graft of the chunk of finger and then sew it back on. I asked them if they could sew my fingerprint on upside down, though, just for fun."
