Joshua Aaron Senk, of Rockwell, North Carolina, was arrested after authorities found six mini meth labs during a search of his home on Wednesday. According to the Charlotte Observer, the Sheriff's Office Special Investigative Unit also found other drug paraphernalia during the search.
The Salisbury Post reports that the Sheriff's office obtained a warrant after getting a tip that methamphetamines were being manufactured in the mobile home belonging to Senk.
The so-called one-pot miniature labs are used in the "shake and bake" process in which pills are placed in a container with other chemicals and shook.
Local news source WCNC notes that the NC SBI assisted in the investigation and will also help with disposal of the labs.Senk has been charged on multiple counts of manufacturing meth; additional charges may be forthcoming.
