Denmark's retail sales declined for a second consecutive month in April, the latest figures from Statistics Denmark showed Thursday.
Retail sales fell 0.4 percent month-on-month in April following a 0.7 percent decline in March and 0.2 percent gain in February.
Sales of food articles fell 0.7 percent from March and retail trade in clothing and other apparels was down 0.2 percent.
On an annual basis, retail sales decreased 1.5 percent in April. This was weaker than a 4.4 percent drop in March.
