Authorities in Virginia Beach, Virginia have arrested a man in connection with the robbery of a bank back in April.
The Virginia-Pilot reports that Dequann Jordan Moore, 21, from Norfolk, Virginia, had warrants out for his arrest in connection with robbing a Wells Fargo Bank back on April 22. The warrants were issued on Friday and on Saturday, police tried to arrest him when he got into his car outside his home. Upon seeing the police, Moore jumped out of the car and attempted to flee the scene
Moore's attempt to evade authorities was thwarted by a police dog who stopped him. He was treated at an area hospital for minor injuries and was arrested and charged with robbery, use of a firearm and wearing a mask. He is currently being held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond.
