Troubled actress Amanda Bynes was arrested in Manhattan on Thursday evening after allegedly throwing a bong out of an apartment building window.
According to FOX, the officers were responding to complaints in the building that Bynes was rolling a joint and smoking marijuana in the building's lobby.
When the police got to the apartment, Bynes let them in. While surveying the residence, they spotted a bong by the window, which Bynes then chucked out of it.
She was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana, reports CBS News. E! News, meanwhile, has pictures of Bynes in handcuffs. TMZ reports that Bynes was not cooperative with police while under arrest, yelling "don't you know who I am?"
She spent the night in a holding cell waiting for a judge to hear her case.
