Endo Health Solutions Inc. (ENDP) said Wednesday that its Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Alan Levin, will be leaving the company. Levin will continue in his current role until the fall, while a search is conducted for his successor. The company's Board of Directors has formed a search committee and engaged a leading search firm to assist in an external search for a new CFO.
Alan Levin said, "After twenty years in corporate executive positions—the last four of which have been at Endo, I look forward to a fulfilling new chapter in my life and plan to be active in corporate board service and philanthropy, while traveling and spending more time with my family."
Separately, Endo Health said that Chief Operating Officer Julie McHugh is leaving the company, effective immediately.
