priceline.com Inc. (PCLN) announced after the close Wednesday that it intends to offer up to $1 billion principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2020 through a private offering.
Shares of priceline.com have been rising steadily since the open Thursday and are now up 17.85 at $810.12. The stock is trading near the middle of a 2-week range, at the highs of the year.
