The company also lifted its full-year 2014 adjusted EPS forecast to between $0.59 and $0.63, from prior expectations of $0.53 to $0.57. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.58. The stock is now up 1.41 on 91K shares.
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts posted gains in early trade Thursday and took out the session highs in late trade. Shares finished with a gain of 0.74 at $14.26. The stock rose to a 1-month high and re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
