Acacia Research Corp. (ACTG) announced that its Express Card Systems LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Target Corp. (TGT) , Sam's West, Inc, Rite Aid Corp.(RAD), CVS Pharmacy Inc. CafePress Inc, and Costco Wholesale Corp.(COST).
The agreements resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
