OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (OVTI) is surging 20 percent to $18.67 and Guess' Inc. (GES) is up 7 percent to $31.50 following the release of their quarterly results.
Decliners:
Dell Inc. (DELL) is down 0.45 percent to $13.21. The company announced that a special committee of its board recommend stockholders vote to for the Michael Dell/Silver Lake merger agreement at the Special Meeting of Stockholders, which is scheduled to be held on July 18, 2013.
Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (PANW) is falling 12 percent to $47.57 as it slipped to a loss in its third quarter. The company also issued weak guidance for the fourth quarter.
