Galliford Try plc (GFRD.L), the housebuilding and construction group, said its Building business has been appointed to refurbish the Alphabeta office building in Central London in a 36 million pounds worth contract.
Owners Resolution Property have chosen Galliford Try to complete a full refurbishment of the historic Triton Court office block on Finsbury Square. The project would see the transformation of 220,000 sq ft of office space for creative, media and technology occupiers with 22,000 sq ft of additional A1 retail and restaurant space on the ground and basement floors.
Chief Executive, Greg Fitzgerald, noted: "This success quickly follows our recently announced contract awards across the south east, and further cements our reputation as a contractor of choice in that commercial market."
