Analogic Corp. (ALOG) reported third-quarter GAAP net income of $5.2 million, or $0.41 per share, compared to $7.3 million, or $0.59 per share, in the previous year quarter.
Non-GAAP net income for the quarter rose to $9.6 million, up from $9.4 million in the comparable quarter last year. Earnings per share for the latest third quarter was $0.76, same as last year.

Total net revenue for the latest third quarter was $125.77 million, up 4% from $121.27 million in the comparable quarter last year, while two analysts expected revenues of $135.98 million for the third quarter.
Further, Analogic's Board of Directors, on May 31, 2013, declared a $0.10 cash dividend for each common share for its third fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2013. The cash dividend will be payable on June 28, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 14, 2013.
