Adam Lambert was voted as the favorite to judge American Idol next season in a poll taken on The Wendy Williams Show. Jennifer Hudson has already signed on to the show, while reports indicate Kelly Clarkson is close to signing.
Lambert, who would be the final piece of the Idol puzzle, told Just Jared that he would jump at the opportunity to get behind the judge's panel.
"Dude if they called me, I'd be like, 'Yeah. Where do I sign?' It would be very cool. It would be exciting," Adam said.
"It would be a really cool opportunity to help people coming into the show and to help them keep their vision focused because it does become overwhelming . . . I think it might be nice as a judge to help people stay focused. It gets crazy. To help them reach their dreams — it would be such a reward."
