Taiwan-based semiconductor company ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) LTD.(IMOS), Monday reported a slight increase in revenues for the month of May. For the month, the company generated revenues of NT$1,646.6 or $55 million, an 1.7 percent increase from prior year's NT$1,619.3 million or $54.1 million.
ChipMOS' May 2013 consolidated revenues include revenues of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC., ChipMOS U.S.A., Inc., ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. and MODERN MIND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its wholly-owned subsidiary ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Shanghai) LTD.
