The Smashing Pumpkins will be reissuing their 1996 box set The Aeroplane Flies High. The band has already re-released Gish, Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.

Bob Ludwig is responsible for the remastered box set, which will come in four different formats, including a six-CD and single-DVD set, a five-LP vinyl set, a deluxe digital version and a standard digital edition.

The reissued box set will also contain a sixth disc, which will have live recordings from the Pumpkins' 1996 Mellon Collie tour.

"What I like about The Aeroplane Flies High is that it's almost the existential backwater of the Mellon Collie album," Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan wrote in the 46-page booklet, which comes with the set.

The Aeroplane Flies High reissue hits July 23.
