Craig Morgan jumped into action over the weekend, running to the aid of several injured drivers after a pile-up on a Tennessee highway.
Morgan, whose resume includes country singer, outdoorsman and TV host, is also a trained EMT. He was on his way back home from a show in Texas when his tour bus happened upon a three-tractor-trailer collision.
Morgan and his two crew members — Jerry Hines and Joey Greer — assisted emergency crews, put out a small fire and helped out the drivers, according to local news source WTVF-TV.
"He responded and did exactly what he had been taught to do and was a huge help," said Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis. "This is just another example of the kind of guy he is. He loves doing things for others."
No one was critically injured in the accident.
