After-market Movers For June 11 (ULTA, OXM, RMBS, NCT)

Shares of Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (ULTA) surged more than 9% in after hours trading after the company reported first quarter revenue and earnings above analysts' expectations.

Oxford Industries Inc. (OXM) shares rose more than 1% in extended hours trading after the apparel company reported first quarter profit that beat analysts' estimate.

Shares of Rambus Inc. (RMBS) gained more than 8% in late trading after the innovative technology solutions company said it has signed a five-year patent license agreement with South Korean memory chip maker SK Hynix for the use of Rambus memory-related patented innovations in SK Hynix semiconductor products and that the two companies have also settled all outstanding claims. The agreement includes a license to certain DRAM products for payments of $12 million per quarter for the next five years.

Newcastle Investment Corp. (NCT) shares fell more than 2% in after hours trading after the real estate investment and finance company said that it plans to make a public offering of 30 million shares of its common stock.
