Billy Currington has announced that We Are Tonight, the follow-up to 2010's Enjoy Yourself, is due September 17 via Mercury Records.
The lead single is "Hey Girl," and the LP also features a cover of Jack Johnson's "Banana Pancakes," and a guest spot from Willie Nelson on the track, "Hard to Be a Hippie."
Currington noted that he worked with three separate producers (Carson Chamberlain, Dann Huff and Shy Carter) on the LP.
"This album is the first time that I have ever worked with three different producers," he said. "It wasn't planned but just kind of happened that way. It was a great experience to be able to bring a different sound to this album, and I hope the fans love it as much as I do."
