Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. (SSNNF.PK, SSNLF.PK) announced the launch of the GALAXY S4 zoom, a smartphone with advanced photographic capabilities. Part of the GALAXY S4 family, the GALAXY S4 zoom is a single device that can fulfill the role of both a smartphone and a high-end compact camera, the company said.
The product comes with a 16 Mega Pixel BSI CMOS Sensor camera with 10x Optical Zoom, OIS and Xenon Flash. GALAXY S4 zoom also has the built-in Optical Image Stabilizer.
Running on Android Jelly Bean 4.2, the S4 zoom records video in full HD at 30p. The camera has ISO levels ranging upto 3200.
