Galliford Try PLC (GFRD.L) Thursday said its Partnerships business has finalised a new 38 million pounds contract to regenerate the Brook House site in North London.
The company said Newlon Housing Trust has chosen Partnerships to complete a new project on the site of the former Cannon Rubber factory in Tottenham.
The construction phase of the project is to commence in June and expects to complete it in mid 2015.
