Kelvin Fincap Ltd. said its board approved the sub-division of its equity share of Rs.10 each into two equity shares of Rs.5 each.
The board also considered convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company on July 15 to approve the above sub-division of shares.
At the BSE, Kelvin Fincap closed Friday's trading at Rs.145.70, up 2.00 percent from the previous close.
