Tech Mahindra Ltd. said it had appointed Milind Kulkarni, as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Manoj Bhat, as Deputy Chief Financial Offer of the company.
Sonjoy Anand, who has served as CFO of Tech Mahindra moves on having decided to pursue opportunities internationally.
Milind Kulkarni has been Senior Vice President, Finance till now, will take charge of CFO's office with immediate effect. Manoj Bhat, who is leading the Corporate Planning (including Mergers and Acquisitions) and also Investor Relations portfolio, will now take up the additional responsibility of Deputy CFO.
At the BSE, Tech Mahindra closed Friday's trading at Rs.964.80, down 0.30 percent from the previous close.
