A man disappointed with the prostitute he had just hired called police to report the 'ugly' incident.

The two had planned to meet outside of a hotel in the UK, but when they did, it wasn't what the man was prepared for. He told the woman she "mis-described" and "misrepresented herself," UK's Mirror News reports.

The prostitute, unhappy with his reaction to her looks, threw his keys at him and left. That's when he called police and reported the woman for breaching the Sale of Goods Act which says goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality.

The police found the call comical, and told the man the woman had not committed a crime, but rather he broke a law for soliciting sex. Police told the man he could get himself in trouble for wasting their time.

Although the caller did not identify himself, police found out who he was and sent him a letter saying: "Wasting police time is a serious offense and carries a maximum sentence of six months imprisonment," the Mirror reports.
