Vakrangee Softwares Ltd. said its promoters -- Vakrangee Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and Vakrangee Capital Pvt Ltd. --had acquired shares aggregating to 4.53 percent of share capital of the company through open market during the period May 13, 2013 to June 13, 2013.
Post acquisition, total promoters' share holding in the company stands at 38.80 percent.
At the BSE, Vakrangee Softwares shares are currently trading at Rs.75.50, up 1.00 percent from the previous close.
