CooTek, a developer of mobile applications, announced it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nuance Communications, Inc. (NUAN) in a Court in Shanghai, China.
In the complaint, CooTek asserts that Nuance infringes CooTek's Chinese Patent entitled "method of realizing input by smart soft keyboard on electronic screen equipment". CooTek seeks monetary damages as well as injunctive relief to prevent continued infringement.
