Solid State plc (SSP.L) reported pretax profit of 1.77 million pounds for the year ended 31 March 2013, compared to 1.60 million pounds last year. Profit to equityholders of the parent rose to 1.49 million pounds or 21.1 pence per share, compared to 1.32 million pounds or 19.2 pence per share prior year.
Before exceptional items, pretax profit increased to 1.87 million pounds from 1.60 million pounds prior year.
Revenue rose to 31.50 million pounds from 25.87 million pounds prior year.
The Board of Solid State plc recommended a final dividend of 5.25 pence, giving a total dividend in respect of the year of 8 pence per share, a 10% increase from last year.
