Gainers:
Camtek Ltd. (CAMT) is rising 10 percent to $2.41 based on the news that it has entered into a frame engagement for 10 semiconductor inspection systems with an Asian OSAT company. The first systems' order, in excess of $2 million, will be installed during the second and third quarters, with expectations for additional systems' orders over the next few quarters.
Decliners:
Hormel Foods Corp. (HRL) is falling 5 percent to $38.70. The company lowered its full-year earnings guidance for fiscal 2013. The company noted that lower than expected results in its pork operations, higher input costs and softer sales of retail products in Refrigerated Foods segment are the primary reason for the expected shortfall in second half results.
Clearwire Corp. (CLWR) is down 2 percent to $4.52. Sprint Nextel Corp. (S) has filed a complaint in the Delaware Court of Chancery against Dish Network Corp. (DISH) and Clearwire asking the court to prevent the consummation of the Dish tender offer for Clearwire.
