Hudson's Bay Co. (HBC.TO), the owner of retailers Hudson's Bay, Home Outfitters, and Lord & Taylor, on Tuesday named current President Bonnie Brooks to the position of vice chairman of the company.
Liz Rodbell, executive vice president, chief merchant for Hudson's Bay Co., will become president of the company.
Both Brooks and Rodbell will report to Richard Baker, chairman and chief executive officer of the company. The transition, beginning today, will be completed by the company's year-end in January 2014.
"This new structure will continue to drive our long term growth strategy, as we build upon the Company's momentum toward revitalizing its banners and product offerings, and strengthening the customer experience," said Baker.
