THL Credit, Inc. (TCRD) announced that it intends to make a public offering of 6.60 million shares of its common stock and also plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 990,000 shares of common stock.
THL Credit said it expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, including working capital requirements.
