Raymond James upgraded its rating on shares of FLIR Systems Inc. (FLIR) Tuesday morning to "Strong Buy" from "Market Perform."
FLIR Systems gapped open higher Tuesday and spiked to the upside, before settling into a narrow range. Shares finished up by 1.54 at $26.49 on above average volume. The stock broke out to a 3-month high.
